Download the app, select the apps and websites you want to block, then tap your iPhone to the device to activate. Tap again to deactivate. The device uses NFC and iOS system frameworks to reliably restrict and restore access without storing personal data.

Absolutely. You can create multiple personalized Block Modes, each with its own set of apps to block and websites to block (Safari only, based on Apple's allowed website list), for work, study, family time, or anything else. Unlimited modes are supported.

Every Block account includes five Emergency Unblocks. You can use these in the app to restore all apps without the physical device. If you've used all five, removing the Block App from your iPhone will reset everything.

No. Block is a passive NFC device. It never needs charging, pairing, or batteries. It works instantly whenever you tap your phone.

Yes. A single Block device can be used by multiple people. Each person's blocking modes, settings, and analytics remain private inside their own Block App.

No, there are no ongoing fees. Purchase Block once and enjoy full access to all standard app features.

Yes. The app tracks your total focus time, daily and weekly blocking averages, and session logs.

You can return Block within 30 days of receiving your device. To receive a full refund, the device must be in original condition and returned with all accessories.

No. We do not collect or see which apps you block, your app usage, your browsing history, or your notifications. All blocking selections remain stored locally on your iPhone.
