Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Block webshop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your Block device to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Block device must be unused and in the same condition as received;
  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included;
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must request a return by contacting us at:

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your Block device arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete Block devices (unless defective upon arrival);
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories;
  • Items returned without prior approval.

Sale or discounted items may be excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy, unless mandatory consumer law applies.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different Block device, please return your original item in accordance with this policy. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition;
  • All accessories and packaging must be included;
  • You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

This statutory right applies regardless of our voluntary 30-day return policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned Block device, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
